Today on the Grey Space I am SO excited to be joined by Eleanor Sheers, founder and creator of Forth Studio in Chicago. Eleanor has a corporate background, pivoted into the wellness space coaching at [solidcore], and has big plans for the future of the community she has built at Forth.
