The best way to grow yourself as a person is through physical challenges. Exercise, of course, is a great avenue for personal growth. But pushing yourself to complete something that brings you to your physical limits is where real growth happens. This past weekend, I completed my 4th Tough Mudder, which is one of those types of events that will help you grow and expand exponentially.
Today, I want to talk about 5 lessons that I learned specifically about success and winning by completing my 4th Tough Mudder. Because all physical challenges offer lessons that we can take and transfer to life.
Here’s what we talk about…
· Why winning is subjective and not objective…
· How you can start to define winning yourself…
· Why you can not and will not succeed on your own…
· The best way to achieve the highest level of success in your life…
· Much more!
