There’s a belief about success that, once I reach my goals and dreams, I’ll have all the confidence I need. We look at the achievement of the goal as the point in which we’ll start to believing in ourselves and when our self-doubt will melt away.

Of course, anybody who’s ever lost a significant amount of weight and subsequently put it back on knows that this isn’t the case. The achievement of your goal should only be used as reinforcement for your self-confidence and self-worth…it shouldn’t be used as the fuel.

Today, we’ll talk about where you focus needs to go if you want to build unshakeable self-confidence. Spoiler alert, it requires daily attention to detail as you morph yourself into a different person.
