Traci has appeared on a number of Food Network shows and contests, as well as written (and is in the process of finishing) a few cook books. While Traci is mostly known for her work as a chef and expert dessert maker, she’s running out of time to give her gifts to the world. Just over a year ago, Traci was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. And, as she says, after spending a few days “feeling sorry for herself” her husband told her that she can either die with cancer, or live life having cancer. Her story and outlook on life are endlessly fascinating, some of which we talk about on today’s episode. Here’s what we talk about…
How to make a waffle cake for your next cooking contest…
Why it’s important to take responsibility for the problems in society…
How to turn a diagnosis into a triumph…
The importance of leaving a legacy…
Much more!
