Meditation is a science, it’s universal in nature and hence when you do particular / Specific practices- Everyone will get the same results/ experience.
It’s an experience which every person goes through regardless of his religion, Culture, Cast or the path that he may be following.
So, when we see someone meditating with his eyes closed; it’s not that he is just sitting in silence & in stillness- it’s not a passive activity- it’s a very dynamic activity.
I will be sharing with you in very simple terms what the great sage Patanjali, the father of yoga had described in his Yoga Sutras & described the same as Ashtanga Yoga.
