In today’s episode, host Anita Anabel spoke with the super talented and super lovely Alex Williams. Alex is the star of Warnie, a made-for-TV mini-series which documents the life and times of cricket legend and cultural icon Shane Warne.
Shane Warne loved life. He absolutely ate it up. He loved people and they loved him back. And through it all, he stayed true to himself. He lived to be a legend and this series is his story. During the chat, Alex spoke about how he was transformed into Warnie, the serendipitous moments he experienced on set and how portraying real people gets him excited to go to work every day.
Warnie premieres on Sunday, June 25 and continues on Monday, June 26 on Nine and 9Now.
