God had long promised a gift to His people that wasn't revealed for generations: that satan WILL be defeated by the seed of a woman; a Messiah WILL come from Israel to reign over all the world; and that this Messiah, as a suffering servant, WILL be a source of salvation and peace with God.
It was on that first Christmas morning, that the angels announced to the shepherds: “For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” (Luke 2:11 NKJV)
The wait was over. Christmas time is here!
