- The "mental health" system deals with soul sickness
- The cycle of dependency created by The System, which is a business that doesn't understand energetics (and relies on "repeat customers" to keep the business running)
- Tim's NDE (or STE, "Spiritually Transformative Experience") and how the experience of witnessing his own death helped him learn to live
- The "halfway house" of religion, and how it also creates a cycle of "almost" feeling better
- Tim's journey to accept and love himself as gay (and Sam's perspective, worrying about people, not God)
- Ultimately, "coming to consciousness" is about accepting duality; letting things shift; not "being right"
