Dr. Bettina Callary is the Chair of the Department of Experiential Studies in Community and Sport, Canada Research Chair (Tier II) in Sport Coaching and Adult Learning, teaches in the Sport and Physical Activity Leadership (SPAL) program, and is the research lead at the CoASTaL Lab at Cape Breton University.

In this episode, Dr. Callary reflects on how equity, diversity and inclusion inform her research on coach learning & development and coach effectiveness.
