Dr. Scott Thomas is the Human Rights and Diversity Officer, and a course instructor in the Education Department, at Cape Breton University. Dr. Thomas currently serves as President of the Canadian Associations for the Prevention of Discrimination and Harassment in Higher Education.
In this episode, Dr. Thomas reflects on how equity, diversity and inclusion inform his work and research across various roles and the importance of these pillars in fostering positive and safe campuses across Canada.
