Lifetime friend Jim Bob McCaughan tells us how he went from the United State Army as a paratrooper to a Lansdowne Police officer and somehow was able to squeeze in close to a 100 Spartan races, triathlons or adventure races! Jim details his pride representing the USA in the World police & fire games in Barcelona in 2003, two years after 9/11. We talk about what drives him to this day as he is retired and just keeps on crushing it.
