In this episode we speak with Del Val University women's head coach, Delco Goat AAU program co-founder Lauren Stackhouse. We talk about her love of athletics growing up in King of Prussia and staring on the Upper Merion basketball team. Her journey continued to Del Val University then we fast forward to present day as she is the head coach for the women's basketball team. In between she talks about coaching her 3 daughters and the wonderful ride as head coach at WC Bayard Rustin High School with her daughter Riley who is still playing college basketball.
