In this episode I get a chance to sit down with legendary St. Joe's & Big 5 basketball coach Phil Martelli. We talk about his Delco roots and his early thoughts about becoming a basketball coach. Phil talks about his lifelong friendship with UConn head coach Geno Auriemma and how his mentors at St. Joe's helped shape him into the coach he became. We discuss the historical 2003-04 season with the Hawks that went 27-0 during the regular season, before losing to Oklahoma State in the regional final.
