Regina Fields is a wellness creator, owner of Brave Baby Bird, co-founder of The Brown Care Collective and a dear friend of mine. In this episode Regina shares how she fell into the modern American trap of going to school, getting a job, doing all the things you’re “supposed” to do, yet still found herself miserable and hating her life. A breast cancer diagnosis followed by a series of life changing moments led her to a place of awakening and put her on her path to healing and wellness. We talk about the power of choice, faith, and persistence. Regina’s story is inspiring, relatable, and powerful. I am so grateful to be in sisterhood with such a beautiful and generous woman! Enjoy the episode!
