The Supreme Court has followed a district court’s ruling, instructing the government to return a Salvadoran migrant it wrongly deported to a notorious El Salvador prison. Of course, the Supreme Court added that the district court also needed to respect the foreign policy initiatives of the executive branch. In other words: never mind.
