Lucas is the Senior Content Editor at MOB Kitchen, he’s passionate about good food, good drink and getting people to consume as much of both of those things as humanly possible. 

Outside of MOB, he’s had his writing published in a range of different publications including The Guardian, Nat Geo, The Independent, Esquire, VICE, and The Economist. He was also a finalist for the Guild of Food Writers’ Food Writing Award in 2020.

MOB Kitchen is an online cooking and content platform whose mission is to help students and young professionals prepare restaurant-quality meals on a budget and aid them in learning more about food and drink culture. 

They’ve exploded onto the social media food scene over the last three years and currently have over 600,000 Instagram followers and half a million followers on TikTok.
