英國動物園招聘驅趕海鷗團隊
UK Zoo Seeks Seagull Scare Squad

People say trying something new can help you see things in a new way.

And this job is sure to give you a "birds-eye view"!

A zoo in the UK is trying to find new workers.

These workers will have a very special job.

They have to scare away seagulls.

The Blackpool Zoo is close to the ocean.

And lots of seagulls fly around the zoo every day.

The zoo says these seagulls steal food from visitors and from zoo animals!

這個動物園靠近海邊,常有野生海鷗搶遊客手中的食物,連園區裡動物的食物也遭殃。

So the zoo needs workers to scare away the seagulls.

The zoo says these workers will wear bird costumes (便裝,裝扮).

And the workers in bird costumes will walk around places where people eat at the zoo.

And hopefully, seeing these giant "birds" will keep the seagulls away.

The zoo says it is looking for someone who is friendly.

And this person should also have lots of energy.

The zoo says it loves all animals.

But it needs to keep visitors and zoo animals safe too.

This isn't the first time hungry seagulls have caused problems.

The Sydney Opera House in Australia also had seagull problems.

The seagulls would steal food from people sitting outside at restaurants close by.

The opera house now has a team of dogs, to chase away the seagulls.
