Description

In this episode Kate expressed frustration about the changes to the live streaming service at the Saratoga Invitational rowing event, particularly the shift from a free to a paid service. She speculated that this change might be due to US Rowing contracting with a specific company for all rowing event live streams. Kate appealed to the organizers to reconsider this decision, given the importance of the live stream for remote viewers and the limitations of on-site viewing. They also shared their experiences with food tent setup, the importance of proper planning and organization for regatta events, and the challenges faced by coxswains in rowing boats. The conversation ended with their plans for the upcoming week, including finding someone to talk about food tents and coxins, and discussing the live stream issue and the need for easy access to it.
