In this episode of Rowing Friends we have the pleasure of speaking with Caitlin Rush. Caitlin is a former UB rower and coach. She is currently the Senior Associate Director at the UB School of Management Career Resource Center she uses her experience to coaching students, just not on the water. During this conversation Caitlin dives into her background in rowing, including her experience as a rower and then coach. Caitlin is coordinating an alumni 8+ boat for the Head of the Charles regatta. We go on to talk about the evolution of rowing clubs in Buffalo and various aspects of rowing.
