Usually when we decide to cover content, we intentionally don't discuss it before hand so we can react to the other person's perspective in real time. There have been 2 or 3 exceptions in our 170+ episodes where one one of us kind of needs to say to the other wtf? What's going on here? This was one of them, and this time we recorded it.
The first thing you will hear is our pre-call which pretty much sounds like we were watching completely different movies. There were two main takeaways from that conversation: the first was general, what do you do when you love someone but they don't love you the way you need, and the second was specific, why are these two people together?
