Description

Professor Saul Cornell doesn't like the latest round of arguments from  the Supreme Court. SCOTUS seems poised to expand "gun rights," but  Cornell thinks this is a case of "selective originalism." I agree, but  Cornell is confused by "textualism" and "orignialism." The two terms  aren't the same. SCOTUS shouldn't even have this case on the docket. I  explain why on this episode of The Brion McClanahan Show.
