The Left is going nuts over Justice Jackson and her use of "Progressive Originalism" to "own" conservatives. Except she didn't, and her positions are laughable if you do even a cursory investigation into what the authors of the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and the 14th Amendment actually said the text would mean.
