Rare are the battles which can be viewed as turning points in history. The battle of Waterloo is one of them. In the twilight of a wet Belgian spring, three armies, led by an experienced German marshal, a British duke and an inexhaustible French emperor, are caught in a ferocious fight which will decide the destiny of Europe.
