The football this week: A transfer podcast special looking at the big signing across the continent and the ramifications some bargains or blowouts will have on the very title races and fights for survival. We take a look at the extraordinary idiocy of Ranger's new signing Kamberi, Villareal's shrewd capture of proven goalscorer Paco Alcacer and whether he will be the deciding factor in the Yellow Submarine's push for a Champions League spot; did Dortmund have the best window of any European club and did league rivals Hertha Berlin have the worst and much more.
Plus, the panel comprising of Gabriel Radus, Charlie “Dunny” Dunn, Archie Hodgson and Matthieu Rident try to work out whether Nice's new right-back is the prime cut that will get the Riviera club fans' tails wagging, whilst also surmising Antonio Conte's first mid-season transfer window as Inter Milan boss and whether they've done enough in the market to push Juve all the way for the Scudetto.
The pints this week: We head back to Dunny's Parisian apartment, with housemate Issy Rush and her sizzling stir fry in the background making a guest appearance. The team are rather chuffed that they've managed to secure a live audience show so early on in their podcasting careers. Archie was due to bring the beers, but, true to form, ran out of time to pick some up (which incidentally a very hungover Charlie and Matthieu were quite pleased about).
Water for the team this time round; what we lack in alcoholic beverage this week the team make up for in the odd story and a bit of witty banter. Archie has promised whisky next week.
