This episode is about understanding the information I share from an esoteric perspective, but more importantly, understanding the system we belong to and what it means to be a truly holistic human being. Much of what’s presented here may feel very different to what you’ve been taught or shown in the past.
Some of it will resonate deeply, spark change, and gently shift how you live your life. Other parts may simply feel irrelevant — and that’s perfectly okay.
As you begin to recognise what no longer serves you, you may find yourself naturally letting go of old beliefs, habits, comforts, or sources of drama in the pursuit of balance. But change isn’t as simple as discovering a new truth and instantly dropping the old one. There is always a processing phase.
Many of these beliefs may have been part of your identity, your stability, or your sense of safety for most of your life — and they don’t just disappear overnight. Sometimes, we even find ourselves slipping back into old patterns. That’s not failure; that’s being human.
This podcast is a reminder to be gentle with yourself during that transition. When something falls away, it can leave a void — emotionally, mentally, even physically — and that space needs to be filled consciously. I talk about how to use your own emotional guidance system to navigate these changes, helping you understand what now belongs in your headspace, your physical world, and your heart.
In a culture that has taught us to be harsh on ourselves, this episode encourages patience, self-trust, and compassion. Change takes time. Processing is part of growth. And we already have the internal guidance needed to find new, healthier “normals.” The outcomes are always better — and once you know something that feels truer, there’s no real alternative. You can pause, reflect, and choose at any point, but you can’t unknow what you now understand.
