First off there's an update of all the standings as biathletes shuffle up and down the pecking order, including Julia Simon continuing to rise! Then it's the weekly "Biathletes of Interest" segment, this week taking a look at Deedra Irwin of the USA and Endre Stroemsheim of Norway. Finally, Jake makes all of his race predictions for the events in Rupholding, including a potential surprise in the Men's Sprint, and back to back victories for the French Women's relay team!
