In today's episode, I say it how it is: JUST DO IT! Do what you want, live life for yourself, and do what you said you were going to do because we are creating a beautiful life or not so beautiful life as a result.

I discuss how walking and sunlight boosts our dopamine and serotonin levels. We wake up and instantly go on our phones and that isn't healthy for us physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I went on a walk, petted dogs, talked to a random person in my apartment, cooked breakfast, had therapy so far, and my husband comes home from his deployment tomorrow!

Gratitude is the highest vibration and I want us to be on the highest vibration possible. You are more than capable and deserving of success in all aspects of life. I'm proud of you, I love you, and I'm so happy to have you here.
