In today’s episode, I discuss how and why you deserve compassion. “Compassion toward yourself," or self-compassion, means treating yourself with kindness, understanding, and acceptance, especially during difficult times or when you're facing personal challenges.”” We need to work with parts of ourselves like shame not just get rid of said shame.
