I wanted to interrupt our regular line up to have an important conversation. I asked my friend Natasha Hemmingway to have an open conversation about racism with me. These conversations are hard and uncomfortable but they are also just what we need. Natasha was willing and she really explains why this work is so important. This is not about a hashtag or a black square. This is a process of undoing, unlearning, and soul searching. I’m seeing a lot of Black Warrior Women like Natasha doing incredible work educating us on white privilege, white supremacy and how to be actively anti-racist. I hope this conversation moves you to action in your own life.
