In this episode we further explore the word “Devotion” by talking about devotion to YOURSELF. Amy Young, life coach and founder of Redefine Possibility, had a dream job that was making her really unhappy. She made a major career change and realized life was too short to be doing something that doesn’t make you happy. Amy reveals how to recognize and set boundaries with negative energy, how to get self care on your calendar and why you should have a list of five essentials.
