Before founding Mary H. Davis Coaching, Mary was an executive in one of the world's largest financial institutions. She began her career in 1993. She supported and actively participated in well-over 300+ mergers and acquisitions of other institutions and business lines. Her role as an executive helped her master agility and become a change agent.
Mary has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Psychology with a specialty in Leadership and Coaching. In addition, she is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, MotivatorAnalyst, and Emotional Intelligence Analyst, and has a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
Mary uses her experiences, knowledge, skills, and passion for helping women and organizations obtain the success that is organic, authentic, and sustainable. She leverages the uniqueness of their identity and identifies their unique strengths to help them operate with confidence and intention while embracing identity leadership, equity, and inclusion strategies. Mary coaches and speaks from the following three tenets: Belief, Intention, and Identity.
