Description

Have you ever felt like your life was circling the runway, waiting endlessly for the next step to begin? In Acts 24, we find Paul stuck—falsely accused, confined, and waiting for justice. Yet even in delay, Paul displays unwavering integrity, gospel boldness, and wisdom rooted in hope. This message reminds us that God is still working—even when we feel grounded.✈️ 1. Prioritize Your IntegrityDespite flattery, falsehoods, and political pressure, Paul keeps his testimony clean before God and man (Acts 24:1–13). His confidence didn’t come from his circumstances but from the presence and promises of God (John 16:22; Philippians 2:15).“You can save a lot of time waiting on God.” — Adrian Rogers“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” — Psalm 30:5🧠 2. Operate with WisdomPaul didn’t just defend himself; he pointed to the resurrection of Jesus and the hope it brings (vv.14–16). His beliefs were sound, and his conscience was clear. As mature believers, we’re called to clarity, not confusion (Hebrews 5:14; Ephesians 4:14).“The strong meat belongs to them that are of full age…” — Hebrews 5:14“That we… be no more children, tossed to and fro…” — Ephesians 4:14✅ 3. Do What You Know to DoEven while waiting, Paul stayed faithful. He taught, testified, and spoke truth to power (vv.22–25). Felix delayed responding, hoping for a bribe—but Paul kept doing what was right, even when others didn’t.“To him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” — James 4:17“Now is the accepted time… now is the day of salvation.” — 2 Corinthians 6:2🔁 Don’t mistake delay for denial. Watch this week’s message and be reminded: even when you're grounded, God is still guiding.
