Is practising gratitude worth a go?

This is exactly what we try to answer in this week’s episode, along with what are the things we may be grateful for, and what to do with those feelings of thankfulness.

Research all seems to point in a positive direction when it comes to the benefits of gratitude: physically, emotionally and mentally. Perhaps worth knowing more about then!
