Residing in Montreal, her journey started in the Royal Canadian Air Force, where she developed her communication skills and learned critical leadership skills by attending the prestigious Royal Canadian Leadership School.
As a Civilian, she immediately recognized lack of leadership and how much of a “every person for themselves” mentality there was in the corporate world.
