We have a very special guest, Kayla Holbert. Born and raised in Vegas. Kayla discovered wholesaling at the end of 2019, and quit their job a few weeks after that. After dropping out of college, she luckily found a partner who became her mentor. Now, they've built a team of 7, 3 of which are local in Vegas. Kayla mainly handles acquisitions, while her partner handles dispositions and oversees the company. Kayla went from Mechanical Engineering to real estate and never looked back.
