In this interview I talk with NASM Master Instructor, Ken Miller about “Corrective Exercise for Performance.” As Ken states in his awesome workshops, “If you have a body - you’re an athlete.” Life happens in three dimensions. We need mobility and the ability we need to “move” efficiently in three planes of motion (sagittal, frontal, and transverse). To achieve this goal, we must get there safely. Ken shares with us how corrective exercise can help us get there.
