Prayer for Divine Intervention
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before You today, lifting up Your holy name. You are the Creator of all things, the Alpha and the Omega, the One who was, who is, and who is to come (Revelation 1:8). I praise You, Lord, for Your infinite wisdom, for Your power that knows no bounds, and for Your love that endures forever (Psalm 136:1). You are worthy of all praise, for there is no one like You, and nothing is impossible for You. I exalt You as the God who is mighty to save and who holds all things together by the power of Your Word.
Lord, I thank You for being a refuge in times of trouble, a comforter when we are weary, and a healer when we are broken. I praise You for Your faithfulness, for You never abandon the work of Your hands, and You keep every promise You have made. I worship You for the peace that You give, a peace that surpasses all understanding, and for the hope that is found in You alone.
Now, I come to You on behalf of the one listening, acknowledging Your power and asking for Your divine intervention in their situation. Just as Your Word says, “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for Me?” (Jeremiah 32:27), I trust that there is nothing too difficult for You to handle.
Lord, You know the circumstances that they are facing, and You see the challenges and obstacles before them. I ask that You step into this situation with Your mighty hand, bringing about a breakthrough that only You can provide. Just as You parted the Red Sea for the Israelites (Exodus 14:21-22), I pray that You would make a way through the challenges they are facing, that they may walk forward in faith.
Father, I pray for Your wisdom and guidance as they navigate this time. Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105), showing them the way they should go. Help them to hear Your voice clearly, leading them according to Your will and not their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they find strength and courage in Your promises, knowing that You are with them wherever they go (Joshua 1:9).
Lord, I ask for Your miraculous power to bring healing, restoration, and provision where it is needed in their life. Just as You healed the sick, raised the dead, and fed the multitudes, I believe that You are still able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May Your will be done in their life, and may Your glory be revealed through their situation.
I also pray for peace in their heart as they wait for Your intervention. When they feel anxious or afraid, remind them of Your Word that says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” (Philippians 4:6-7). Let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus as they place their trust in You.
Father, I trust that You are already working behind the scenes for them, orchestrating everything according to Your perfect plan. Even when they cannot see the outcome, I ask that You would strengthen their faith to believe that You are in control, and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Help them to hold onto hope, knowing that Your timing is perfect and that You have not forgotten them.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing my prayer for them and for the assurance that You are with them. I give You all the praise and glory, knowing that You are the God who intervenes, who redeems, and who saves. May Your name be glorified through whatever happens in their life, and may they find peace in knowing that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
In Jesus’ name, I pray,
Amen.
