Description

Welcome to The [Inclusion] Conversation Podcast!

We are thrilled to release this guest episode as we continue to observe during National Adoptee Month.

This podcast dives into the world of work, careers, and life for Adoptees, Foster Care Alumni, our allies, parents, child welfare professionals, policy experts, and all within the Adoptee and Foster's orbit.

This episode features Lilly Anspach in conversation with our Founder & CEO, Grace Yung Foster, who is also the host of the show.

During Lilly's episode, we talk about her high-powered career in the manufacturing space as a VP and why she pivoted and how her Adoptee identity, experience, and barriers impacted her journey to building a company and creating something that she knows is creating value for our community, and for the world of work.
We also do a fun round of "rapid fire" and learn some interesting facts about Lilly's younger and also present self. Take a listen!

Lilly Anspach is an Operational Excellence Consultant, Executive Coach, and Shingo Alumni. She transitioned from a Senior Vice President role in corporate America to found her own firm, The Yuri Group, which partners with organizations to enhance their business performance and foster a sustainable culture of excellence.

In addition to her consulting work, Lilly coaches high-performing women as they navigate the complexities of midlife and leadership.

With over 25 years of leadership experience and a deep mastery of the Shingo Model’s principles, Lilly is dedicated to empowering women to build lives and legacies of true significance.
