其实修行中每一个方法的本质都是一样的，世界万物都可以化繁为简最终回归到“道”
每一种工作，每一种艺术，都可以“入道”，只是你是否知道如何正确的练习。
有方法，处处都是练习；没有方法，最高雅的艺术也无法陶冶心灵。
提醒：“处处是道”不是口号，不是我们不去学习新的方法和艺术的理由，练习了才算！
