感恩之心冥想练习步骤:
通常我们认为有人对我们好,我们对对方感恩。那当对方对我们没有那么好时,我们就心怀埋怨。
这个练习教会我们如何“无条件地感恩”以及“感恩一切的发生和存在” 将感恩之心连接到一切“相”。
让我们去体会感恩之心带给我的能量。
We normally have gratitude to people who are kind to us, for those who are unkind we hold grudge.
This practice will help us develop unconditional gratitude, have gratitude towards everything and all things, connect gratitude with all phenomenon and the whole existence.
Let’s try to feel the nurturing energy that gratitude brings us.
