Description

The resurfacing of the rape gang scandals in the UK has reignited an uncomfortable but essential conversation about systemic failures, institutional inaction, and the devastating consequences for vulnerable children. High-profile cases in Rotherham, Rochdale, Telford, and elsewhere revealed horrifying patterns of abuse and a shocking reluctance by authorities to act. Yet, despite these revelations, calls for a comprehensive nationwide public inquiry have met resistance. This hesitation, rooted in fears of racial tensions and accusations of racism, must not prevent us from pursuing justice and safeguarding future generations.
