I've given myself a little bit of space and grace in the last 24 hours which was much appreciated and feel refreshed to carry on productively forward. It feels like a balancing act at the moment, trying to make it all work and keep everything going, and I know I'll continue to get better at it, but its definitely an adjustment. Its halfway through the week and it hasn't been particularly easy, but overall things are moving in the right direction.
