As exciting as the developments from yesterday are, its not done until its agreed in writing. So I've now sent off the proposal with a few more things that need to be approved before moving forward. I am so excited about the possibility of this happening, I just want to make sure my expectations are set accordingly. Let's see how it goes, fingers crossed!
