Things go wrong. And because that statement is true, its always good to have a backup plan. I think that having contingency plans in every business is a good idea. But especially when you are doing live work for potentially hundreds of people, being extra prepared can make all the difference. And as someone who deals with anxiety, doing all this prep makes me feel much calmer and more confident.
