Its been a roller coaster with this job offer. Just a few hours ago it was looking like I negotiated a great deal, but as I found out later in the evening the founder changed their mind regarding employment altogether and I will stay a freelancer. But its all good, I've learned some valuable lessons and asked for what I wanted (which is a big step for me). I'm quickly restrategising and moving forward with new plans. Bounce back rate was excellent this time baby!
