She wears many hats, serving as the CEO of Roundtree Training & Consulting, a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), a certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker affiliated with the John Maxwell Team, and a Certified Image Consultant. Moreover, she’s a published author with two books to her name: “Beyond the Boardroom: Learn How to Play and Win the Game of Corporate Politics” and her latest work, “Leading from Within: A Faith-based Perspective on Leadership.” 

Dr. Roundtree’s distinguished career spans education and sales, marking her as a seasoned professional with years of experience. Her extensive educational background is an embodiment of her commitment to knowledge and excellence. Dr. Roundtree holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Wilmington University, a Doctor of Ministry degree from South University, where she graduated with high honors.
