Are you struggling to lose body fat over the age of 40. Hormones play a role in this for sure and we can't do what we did in our 20's in our 40's.
In addition, I talk about cardio and how cardio is good, but not a lot of cardio. Cardio helps us lose BF, but certain cardio like HITT training 2x's a week. Cardio like running miles only makes us lose muscle and creates our body to be in a stress state that does not help us. The more muscle we have the more Calories we burn in a resting state!
