In this first episode, I share my deeply personal journey of tuning into myself and creating a solid foundation of physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental wellness. After the pivotal loss of my mom in 2020 and an earlier loss of my first child in 2015, I reflect on how these tragedies shaped my life and led me to disconnect from my body and emotions. Through small, consistent actions like 30-minute daily movement, nutritional changes, and spiritual practices like using oracle cards and connecting with the moon’s phases, I began my healing journey.
