In this episode, I’m introducing something I’ve poured my heart into—my new program, Regulated as a Mother. It was born out of a conversation with fellow OT Jessica (check out Episode 26!) and our shared realization that while we knew how to help kids regulate in the clinic, we weren’t applying those same tools to ourselves at home. As moms, we’re constantly being pulled in a million directions, and staying regulated isn’t just helpful—it’s essential.
