What is happening in the United States right now is incredibly hard to watch but at the same time, hearing from Black athletes like Trevor and other People of Colour who have been the focus of racist acts is just as heartbreaking.
Nobody should ever feel scared to stand up for themselves or what they believe in. Never should we have to watch what happened to George Floyd again. Never should we ever feel ashamed to stand along side all our brothers and sisters from the Human Race in solidarity against oppression and systemic racism.
